Terms of Service

I create fully handmade, custom plush units tailored specifically for you. Please note that I do not produce more than four handmade units per client at a time, as I do not operate as a mass-production studio. My work is individually crafted, and I prioritize quality, detail, and personal attention in every piece. 

Commission  TOS:

By requesting a commission you’re agree with:

I DO:

• Only original fursona character

•  Any species

• Original Design & Craftsmanship

     All pattern designs are 100% created by me. I do not use pre-made patterns or designs from other artists. This ensures that         each plush is truly original, handcrafted, and unique, reflecting the creative work and care invested in every piece.

• ​Custom Clothes

     I offer custom clothing (T-shirts, hoodies, or other apparel) exclusively for clients commissioning my plushes. This service can       be added to an existing commission or requested alongside a new plush commission. Please note that I do not create               custom clothing for plushes made by other artists, this is a special service reserved for my original designs.

• Giant plushies - PLEASE DO NOT INSIST

• Ill not going to add hard structure to the dolls, please, do not insist

• Franchise or copyrighted characters

• NSFW plushies

• Mass production – All my plushies are handmade; I do not produce large quantities. however, I specialize in designing plush toys for original characters. If you are planning to manufacture your plush in bulk with an mass production factory , I can assist you with the full design and pattern development process. I provide production-ready patterns, technical specifications, and detailed design sheets, as well as follow the whole project providing revisions and corrections in communication with the factory before mas production begins, ensuring your character is accurately translated into a high-quality plush product.

   Dracani dolls are available in TWO sizes:​

•   Dracani doll               40 cm/15' inches​​.

•   Dracani pals              15 cm/ 5.9inches​​.

   Dracani dolls are Build a bear and Duffy and friends compatible  clothes

   Dracani pals are NuiMOs and 20 cm doll clothes compatible

PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND:

• for Dracani dolls, wings will always be attached with magnets , so you can put them over the clothes.

     magnets are NOT included, prices below.

 

PAYMENT AND PRICES:

• Dracani dolls start at $600 USD (final price may vary depending on the design).

• Dracani pals starts at $300 USD (final price may vary depending on the design).

• Adding magnets: $10 USD EACH  - Mouth: 1 magnet - Hands: 2 magnets - Wings: 4 magnets

• Custom clothes starts at $30 USD (final price may vary depending on the design, custom clothes option are ONLY for dracani dolls).

• To save your slot, a 20% deposit is required. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased for your commission.

• Please, wait for my confirmation to send an invoice before pay me.

• Payments should be via paypal, westerunion or USA bank transfer or Chilean bank transfer

• ​Payment plans are available (up to 2 installments).

• I will notify you when I begin your commission; that is when the second half of the payment is due.

• I begin work on the commission only after full payment has been received.

  Are you worried about how your fursona will look in a Dracani doll style ?

  Don’t worry! Once you make the slot payment, I will create concept art for you, and production will not begin    until you approve it. Alternatively, you can download the templates and design your own plush here.

SHIPPING and TAX :

• TAXES are not included in the base price.

• Shipping is not included in any doll price. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged after the plush is completed. Estimated shipping starts at around $60 USD, but may vary depending on destination.

• I am not responsible for loss or damage once the package has been handed over to the postal service.

• If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please let me know before I provide the shipping quote.

REFOUNDS & RETURNS:

• Please make sure you are certain before placing a commission, as I do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, if a refund is required due to an error on my part or under exceptional circumstances, I will issue a partial refund.

• Refunds can only be issued if the commission has not started. In the case of a refund, the costs of materials and shipping already purchased will be retained. Please note that any costs already invested in materials, supplies, or labor are non-refundable.

• All transactions are securely processed through PayPal Goods & Services, which provides buyer protection and transaction security.

COMMISSION TERMS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

​

• I maintain consistent communication throughout the entire process. You will receive Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates, and I will always be available to answer questions. If any delays occur, you will be notified promptly.

• I am available every day of the week, including weekends. Feel free to contact me at any time. I will reply as soon as I see your message and will gladly assist with any questions, updates, or concerns regarding your commission.

• If, after payment has been completed, I am unable to maintain communication with the client (cases where the client becomes unreachable or blocks me), or if the client decides to discontinue the commission for personal reasons at any stage of the process, the project will be considered abandoned. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. I reserve the right to make minor modifications to the piece and offer it for sale. Future commission requests may be declined.

• Invoices must be paid within 3 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the invoice will be canceled and will not be reissued.

DEADLINES:

• Maximum time of waiting for a Dracani doll commission is 6 - 9 months.

•  I dont take deadlines,  you can ask about having the doll completed by a certain date, however, im not obligated to meet that date.

• Once your commission begins, the estimated production time is approximately 6 - 9 months, depending on complexity.

• Your commission will be added to my public Trello queue, so you can see where it is in line and track the progress of previous commissions.

CHANGES & APPROVAL PROCESS

​

• All design details must be clearly defined and approved during the concept art stage. Please ensure that you provide a complete model sheet or clear visual references at the beginning of the process.​

• Based on your references, I will create a colored concept sketch of the doll for your approval. Any modifications or adjustments must be requested at this stage.

• Please note that the concept art stage begins only after the first payment has been received.

• Once the concept art has been approved, production will begin. Changes will not be accepted once the doll is in production or completed.​

ADDITIONAL POLICIES: 

• Clients must provide their own illustrated reference sheet in order for me to work on the commission.

• Please note that I am a dog owner. My dog lives indoors. While he does not have direct contact with fabrics or materials, he is present in my workspace environment. If you have severe dog allergies, I kindly recommend commissioning another maker. :c

• I do not accept commissions directly from minors. Parents or legal guardians may commission on behalf of their child.

• I exclusively create fursona dolls or original characters that match the body structure and base design I have developed for my dolls.

• I do not replicate another artist’s plush style, construction method, or design.

• I do not create trademarked, copyrighted, or officially licensed characters as commissions.

• Please be honest and detailed with your feedback during the approval stages. BE PICKY!  You are commissioning a custom piece, and I want to ensure the final result reflects exactly what you envision.

• All completed commissions may be shared on my social media platforms without prior notice. If your commission is private, a surprise gift, or you prefer it not to be posted, you must inform me before production begins.
