ILLUSTRATION TOS

Commissions Illustrations TOS:

By requesting a commission you’re agree with:

- no slots will be reserved, Each commission must be totally paid before start

- I will only work with illustrated refferencis, if you dont have one, you can commission me one first ( or to another artist)

- If you want a ref sheet but you want me to design your character from zero it will be $30 USD extra

- personal Chibi style

- Any furry species, I love when someone challenges me with a commission of an uncommon species

- Kidfur / Babyfur : I can draw tiny cute characters, im okay with visible pamps SFW only.

---- I can adapt to any style you like, kemono its just my personal favorite ----

I can only offer simple backgrounds for now and only for FLAT style illustrations

other styles will be a nice graphic pattern BG

⚠️❌ I DONT DO:

- genitalia

- mecha

- complex BG

- complex backgrounds - my backgrounds are mostly graphic colored patterns

- I wont draw minors characters in NSFW scenarios

I could ONLY do soft suggestve cute / flirty adult characters but NEVER explicit +18 scenes and,

if this is the case, pieces will have an extra charge of $40 USD.

-changes are allowed ONLY in sketch stage - poses, faces, ETC.

if you want to change something and line art its already made it will have an extra charge of $30 USD.

- maximum time of waiting of a commission are two months.

-I wont do refounds, but I will never gonna desappear, I will be always contacting you showing W.I.PS or answering anything, If im delayed I will let you know.

-please, wait my confirmation to send an invoice before pay me. EVEN IN YOU PAID ME BEFORE and you already have my paypal

- Once the piece is done, im gonna send the final HQ illustration to the customer

e-mail address - IF YOU DONT WANT ME TO UPLOAD THE PIECE TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA, LET ME KNOW-

- All commissions will be upload to my social media with no asking, if your commission is privated or is a gift and you DONT WANT me to upload it, you must let me know before give you the final piece.

Dracani Dolls

Commission TOS:

By requesting a commission you’re agree with:

I DO:

- Only original fursona character

- Any species

I DONT DO

- Any trademark character as commission

PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND:

- Dracani dolls has their very own design to fit doll clothes, so there will be some sizes and body shapes that cant be changed

- Dracani dolls are available in ONE size:

Standard Dracani doll 40 cm/15' inches

Dracani dolls are Build a bear and Duffy and friends compatible clothes

-Ill not going to add hard structure to the dolls ones, please, dont insist, im sorry

- if your character have a complicted designs ( wings, horns, etc) some parts must be simplified.

-are you worried about how your fursona will look in a Dracani doll version ?

dont worry! once you paid, ill make a concept art for you, we will choose eyes design and we will simplify your character together! you will have a full colored sketched concept art approved by you before starting the actual doll!
- to save a slot you must check and apply for a slot (check my socials or home page for this)

-wings will always be attached with magnets , so you can put them over the clothes

-magnets are NOT included, if you want to add them are 12USD extra each ( this price may change)

PAYMENT AND PRICES:

-Please, wait my confirmation to send an invoice before pay me.

- Payments should be via paypal, westerunion or USA bank transfer

- Standard Dracani dolls are $1000 USD base price,it can be more depending on the design

- Standard Dolls can be paid in 2 plans

- to save your slot you must pay 80 USD

- once ill start your commission you must pay the rest

SHIPPING and TAX :

- TAX are not included on the base price

- shiping is NOT included on any doll price, but consider that can be 40 USD (less or more)

- im not respoable of any damage or loss can happen once the package is in postal hands

REFOUNDS and RETURNS:

- you must be sure to commission, because I dont do refounds -

in any case, customer is guranteed security through paypal’s good’s and services system.

-I will never gonna desappear, I will be always contacting you showing W.I.PS or answering anything, If im delayed I will let you know.

-If payments are done and I cant contact you because you blocked me or something, your commission will be terminated, a refund will not be issued of any kind and you are no longer entitled to the commissioned doll or materials

-if the costumer dont want the plush for any personal reason, even if when the work is done and paid, Im gonna make minor changes to the work and sell it and customer will be blacklisted.

DEADLINES:
- maximum time of waiting for a Dracani doll commission is 3 months.

- I dont take deadlines, you can ask about having the doll completed by a certain date, however, im not obligated to meet that date.

CHANGES:
-PLEASE dont ask for changes when the doll is done or in production, that's why we do the concept art

-any detail must be clearified on the concept art stage

you will bring me a model sheet, right? then, and im gonna sketch you a colored concept art of the doll based on your refference, any change is allowed only on that concept art stage.

( concept art stage is made once first payment is done, only once the concept art is approved ill start the doll)

EXTRA:

-you must provide your own illustrated refference to work

- you must know that im a dog owner and she lives inside the house, she dont have contact with fabrics but she is indoor so if you are alergic to dogs its better to find another maker :c

- im NOT gonna work with minors

- its OK if parents commission the character for his son, REMEMBER I ONLY DO FURSONA DOLLS ( or original characters with the same body shape that Im already design for my dolls)

-im NOT gonna copy another plush style work or design

-im NOT gonna make a trademark character as comission

-PLEASE be honest with your feedback, be picky, you are paying me to make exactly what YOU want and I want to make you happy with my work.

MANGA PAGES TOS:

By requesting a commission you’re agree with:

- no slots will be reserved, Each commission must be totally paid before start

- I will only work with ORIGINAL character and you have to provide the design already done

- Any furry species

- Tiny art: I can draw tiny cute childhood stories

❌ I DONT DO:

- Genitalia

I could ONLY do soft suggestive cute / flirty adult characters but NEVER explicit +18 scenes

soft suggestive pieces will have an extra charge of $20 USD. each page

COLORED MANGA?

I only do manga-illustration this means is just ONE page with your story, few panels, FLAT color each price idea must be discussed individually

MANGA are always in black and white, this can be as many pages you story needs

- CHANGES are allowed ONLY in sketch stage - you will have 2 chances to see the manga and ask for changes after this you will have to pay 30 extra for requesting more changes ( REMEMBER changes are allowed only at sketch stage)

- maximum time of waiting of a manga it depends on pages quantity, but as reference a full inked manga of 14 pages are 1 month of waiting

you don't have permission to reproduce physical copies of this comic, if its for commercial use we have to talk about it

Why Don’t You Make explicit NSFW Art?

I don’t feel comfortable creating explicit NSFW content and I don’t enjoy it.

What I do enjoy is making others happy through my art.

As an artist, I believe we carry a responsibility: to share honest messages that can uplift others, help them stay true to themselves, and remind them not to give up.
With my comics, I aim to deliver hope and motivation.
With my illustrations, I offer comfort, joy, and emotional healing.

I deeply respect the age regression community, a group that has often been misunderstood.

I want to help bring visibility to safe-for-work art and show future generations that it’s absolutely possible to live from your art without making explicit art.

It’s important to create from the heart, for yourself — and to enjoy the process.

what is age regression?
age regression is a therapeutic, self-soothing state.
it’s when someone mentally shifts into a child-like mindset to feel:

🔹safe
🔹comforted
🔹emotionally calm

it’s a coping mechanism — not a kink.
there is no sexual attraction involved.

A clear analogy:
experiencing a child-like or animal-like mindset
doesn’t mean being attracted to children or animals.

🔹furries connect with animal characteristics —
that doesn’t mean they’re attracted to animals.

🔹age regressors may enter a child-like state —
that doesn’t mean they’re attracted to children.

it’s about identity and comfort, not desire.

Boundaries matter
age regression is not a fetish.
these are different communities and headspaces:

non-sexual, focused on comfort and emotional healing.

FURSUITS - TOS

Commission TOS:

By requesting a commission you’re agree with:

I DO:

-only fursuit partials ( head + gloves + tail )

-any species

-kemono style preference

-I can try any style if you are clear with image refference and you think Im the right person to work on your project, but if you like a specific style, I recommend you contact that maker

I DONT DO

- separated parts like only gloves / only tail - every commisions must start with head

- to save a slot you must check and apply for a slot (check my socials or home page for this)

PAYMENT:

-Please, wait my confirmation to send an invoice before pay me.

- Payments must be via paypal or westerunion

- pay first 500 USD (this to buy materials)

-once materials arrive you must pay first 1000 USD to start

-once the work is done you must pay last 1000 USD (or more depending on your quote) plus shipping

- FOR PROTOGENS ONLY: payment plans are ONLY half divided (2 payments)

SHIPPING:

- shiping is NOT included on any fursuit price, but consider that can be 200 USD (less or more)

- im not respoable of any damage or loss can happen once the package is in postal hands

-Tax is not included in the quoted price of the fursuit.

REFOUNDS and RETURNS:

-you must be sure to commission, because I dont do refounds-

in any case, customer is guranteed security through paypal’s good’s and services system.

-if the costumer dont want the fursuit for any personal reason, even if when de work is done and paid, Im gonna make minor changes to the work and sell it and customer will be blacklisted.

DEADLINES:
- maximum time of waiting for a fursuit partial commission is one year.

- I dont take deadlines, you can ask about having the suit completed by a certain date, however, im not obligated to meet that date.

-normal time of work are 3-6 months

CHANGES:
-PLEASE dont ask for changes when the suit is done.

-any detail must be clear on the concept art stage

you will bring me a model sheet, right? then, and im gonna sketch you a colored concept art of the partial based on your refference, any change is allowed only on that concept art stage.

( concept art stage is free once first payment) is done)

WARRANTY:

-if you need to repair something and you can pay shipping to send the parts to me and then send back the suit to you, I can repair it for free.

-this dont include: refur or customer fault damage( like burns,tears or stains)if this is the case the repair must have a extra charge.

-also, if you dont want to send the suit but you want the free repair, we can try to meet on a furcon to repair it before the event, but this must be evauated

REFUR:

-I only do refur to old works made by me, I dont do refurs to other makers works

-I do refurs to any protogen, even if it wasent made by me originally

-of course, refurs have a charge
